Application to generate HTML

This is a project for creating an applicaton to generate HTML based on a list of kewwords. 1. The application will search contents from free articles sites/search engines for keyword relevante contents and using a free dictionary tool to replace common words. 2. The application will output the HTML pages meeting the format & specification as described in the project detail description ( see attachments ) 3. Please read the project detail description before bidding ( see attachments ). All specification & requirement must be meet. 4. code requires to communicate and report the status for reviewing during work in progress. [login to view URL] owns the license,copyright and source code must be submitted. the application will be tested throughtoutly to ensure meeting all requirement prior to releasing the fund. 6. the project must be completed in 2 weeks starting from the date of bid acceptance. coders used to work with related projects is a strong plus but not required. so pleas stated so if you have done the related projected in the past , this will greatly help me to award the project. Looking forward to working with quality coders. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
