App - Scrape Results from Google + send emails

We are a seo company and need an app that would help to target clients: 1. You type a keyword (ex. Hotel Phoenix) 2. It goes to [login to view URL] and scrape results for this keyword from 1st and 2nd pages only. 3. Filter URLs that are NOT home page (Tripadvisor, etc) 4. Get webmaster emails from whois (whois api integration). 5. Shows the results (keyword - website URL - position - webmasters name and email). 6. "Send email" button next to each webmasters email that it found. This button would run a email client (smtp connection) and automatically fill the next fields with scrapped information. ------------------------------------------------------------------ To: {name_from_whois} {email} Subject: Regarding {website_url} Message: "Hi. Your website {website_url} is on the {website_possition} in Google for {keyword}. This keyword gets {number_of_monthly_searces} seaches a month according Google Adwords tool......." ----------------------------------------------------------------------- So the app should also get a number of monthly searches from google adwords using adwords api. Can be web based or desktop. Need to complete the project within 2-3 days max.
