ASP page update/add on existing website(repost)

Update the existing telemedicine website. When patients log in it displays his/hers detailed information (order history) this includes; when he/she had his/her last consultation, what medications was prescribed, quantity and number of refills. User can go and edit his/her profile. User Physician can view patient’s medical history form and be able to input what he/she diagnoses in comment box. Physician will also input medications, quantity and refills that he prescribes to each patient. User Physician can go back and view/review each patient’s past consultation history. Pharmacist can log in and see what medications, quantity and how many Refills each patient has been prescribed so he/she can fill the prescription. User pharmacist can also view patients billing and shipping information for mailing and billing purposes. Pharmacist can print this information this information (Billing, Shipping, Medications, Quantity and Refills) on one (8.5 X 11) page. Pharmacist will enter the tracking number in users profile once the medication(s) are being shipped out. Patient will receive an e-mail when pharmacist saves the tracking information on site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All internet browsers.
