ASP.net image upload script needed

i have an administration panel for a website i'm currently building. in the admin panel the user is able to add/modify the portfolios and staff members listed on the website. each portfolio has a name, description and 4 images. each staff member has a name, job-title, description and image. i need the admin panel adapting to accept images the user uploads. i have a very clear idea of how i would like this to work, i just dont know the right coding and havent the time to learn. my current requirements below, open to suggestions: adding a portfolio: the user enters the details, selects his four images, and hits submit. these are sent to the site, resized and three copies made. one small (80px wide), one small in greyscale (again, 80px wide), and one large(500px wide) for viewing. they are added to the folder ../images/portfolio/ named as follows: "<%=portfolio("id")%>a1-s" "<%=portfolio("id")%>a1-bw" "<%=portfolio("id")%>a1-l" "<%=portfolio("id")%>a2-s" "<%=portfolio("id")%>a2-bw"... and so on, for 1 to 4. editing portfolio: the same as adding, current values are loaded into the form and current images displayed (numbered). user is again presented with 4 file-upload boxes (correspondingly numbered) and may leave them blank to retain current image, or change images by uploading a replacement. adding staff: simple form, add details to db and upload picture to ../images/staff/ with filename of staff ID. resized to 80px wide. editing staff: user selects staff member to edit, form is filled with current values and current image shown. option to overwrite image by uploading a replacement. i've had problems on RAC in the past with people saying they can do the work without thinking it through, then finding they cant deliver. please dont waste my time by saying you can complete the project if you cant. many thanks to all in advance. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
