ASP.NET (C#) website

We are looking for a person that can take an initial design concept from PSD or PNG and put that into an ASP.NET (C#) web application with AJAX compatibility. The web application will need to talk to the back end MS SQL database. This application will be similar to [url removed, login to view] and Coupons.com.

If you are interested we will need to see a prototype based on a sample design we have before providing the full project.
