ASP.NET/c# Knowledgebase software

I need the assistance of an experienced c#/ASP.NET developer with SQL skills. I require a knowledgebase to be written using ASP.NET/c#/ SQL. Admins should be able to enter in formatted html/rtf and the entry will be stored in a db as a knowledgebase article under a category. This article is then searchable by end users and relevance is indicated by use of stars, 1 - 5 should be fine. If the article is not very relevant then it's closer to 1 if it is very relevant it should be closer to 5. All text in article should be searchable but more weight should be given to some fields: 1) article title 2) article keyswords 3) article text, author etc I need the following forms: Search page with results title, text preview and relevance Result page with entire kb article and all fields Administration page to enter or edit the article Administration page to enter or edit the category Can't find it page for end user to advise admin that no article exists for their query. I have a 3rd party component in mind for the text editor. - I need the site developed, with very easy to use UI. - The database developed with performance in mind. - Testing will be based on dummy data and i will emulate many entries.. say 5000. - Database should hold the article text format. - Database should store the previous versions of the articles that have been edited. - Admin page should be secure and only authenticated users can log in ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Require full debug testing and acceptance prior to payment 5) Code must work on a non-development machine 6) Documentation on usage and implementation on both development and non-development machine 7) Must be fully implementable into .NET Visual Studio 8) Document from coder releasing code for unrestricted use 9) Coder must embrace an open communication work ethic ## Platform ASP.NET 1.1
