ASP Application ( Need to convert existing .Net 2.0 app to an Online Application) & add new functions

We have an existing .Net application that runs in some of our clients, the application was developed in .Net Framework and is Standalone we want to convert it to an Online Application, where users can sign up through a URL to use it. Also want to improve the graphics, visuals, dashboards with the latest tools available for a Light Online Application, we want to charge our customers online (SAAS) model...so your team must have knowledge on how to setup payment gateways as well and trial setups. Currently we save all the users data in SQL which resides on the customer location (site) we want to offer a choice to use our database (meaning at our servers) as well. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
