Design a Kiosk compatible Facebook page by using Facebook APIs

We are looking for a PHP, MySQL, Ajax programmer who is an expert on coding with Facebook APIs. Problem: We would like to set up a Facebook kiosk computer in a public place. However, Facebook's current page is currently not supported to work with any Kiosk software. (it disables touch screen scrolling and many other things. Also, It requires a keyboard but we use on screen keyboard etc..etc..) Solution we are looking for: By using Facebook APIs we would like to design a custom page that will only show certain information from our Facebook page. We will design the page in a way that it will show our default header image and logo image hard coded in the design. Below that we would like to show how many people Liked our page and how many are talking about our page. Below that we would like to show our latest status updates(most with images) and how many people liked them and how many comments have been submitted and make a comment if possible. There will also be an option to Like the status update. The design will look like Facebook's current design on company pages. If you can write the engine and let us know what is possible and what is not, we can provide you the design to work with. Users will NOT be able to make status updates, see their friends updates, check their Facebook inbox etc.. We only would like to give very limited access. You are required to be an expert on Facebook programming.
