Advertisement Community Website

I'm looking for a coder to develop a backend for a site which provides all the information a person may want regarding whats happening each weekend in their local areas around the UK. The site will also feature various community tools (preferably ajax based) which include user profiles, IM, friend lists, photos and galleries). To put it short its like facebook combined with a very high quality event advertising system. I have CSS/HTML page designs at hand as well as all the page graphics, all I need is a back-end to manage and create content for the site which allows users to post events, photos, comments ect and an admin area for me to manage. I don't mind if you use library code or open source scripts just as long as its well integrated into the site. I have all the ideas and designs so I need a good reliable coder to work with to bring the site to life. I want someone who is easy to communicate with, available most days of the week and who loves what he/she does. If the work you provide is of a good standard and your good to work with I will be very inclined to hire you on a regular basis for site development and updates. The development this site will be spread over a 3-6 month period.
