Hi, Please refer to my profile for my professional expertise. I come with 9 years of hardware design & PCB experience. Last year I have worked on a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) using the AM3354 Processor. AM3352 is lower version of AM3354. I have good knowledge in design using this Processor. We can discuss on the Project schedule and cost once you select me. I can assure you that I can give you best output for this project. I will make sure that BOM cost would be as minimal as possible and will try fit in within 20$. AM3352 and Wlink 8 module from TI can be negotiated. It is difficult the estimate the other components as power supply requirements are not frozen, LCD resolution and size is not provided. The PCB will be designed by using the best practices of EMI. Coming to Thermal, I will try to optimize the power consumption and also distribute the components properly so that the board does not heat up. I have to understand how this product will be cased? What are the PCB size and power requirements? Also I understand that may be another signal conditioning analog board would be plugged into this board which is extremely sensitive to noise. We can take care of this by proper routing of analog signals with spacing and analog ground separation and power filtering and also with proper isolation. I can provide the schematic of the design that I did using AM3354 upon request once our project is confirmed. Even your can interview me to find out my abilities
