Develop a Mac Application

Eunoia is an NYC based four-person company developing a revolutionary way to communicate through geolocation sharing. As teens, we constantly forget to text our parents our location but simultaneously are frustrated with how our location is constantly being shared with apps like Life 360 and Find my Friends, which is the only alternative. Stemming from this inspiration, we have started to develop a comprehensive and cohesive platform that is both consumer and enterprise facing. The first aspect is person to person sharing, where users can set specific locations and times to be alerted so they are aware of where the other person is. What makes us different from other companies is that there will be no real-time tracking, only pings at predetermined locations and/or times to satisfy both users. We think this is the perfect balance between invasive and non-invasive location sharing. The second aspect of the platform is group location sharing using the balance of information and privacy. This is perfect for families and events in which multiple people are attending. The final part of the platform is an enterprise version which utilizes the same concept and will come with a powerful desktop database and logging application. For example, when a student arrives at school their attendance would automatically be recorded in an administrator accessible and secure database. Finally, Eunoia will include third-party service integration and operate with extremely high-security standards. Although we have all of this planned out, we still are looking for funding and don't expect to be able to hire you until said funding is provided.
