Develop App for equity (firm valued at $7 billion)

I am a postgraduate student from the UK and I have developed designs of the User Interface (UI) and all the functions of the app. Our product is a social networking app and website platform that meets a huge gap and has the potential for high growth. I cannot disclose further unless you are interested in developing my designs and will sign a non-disclosure agreement. We are eager to now develop the app whilst we are in the process of receiving seed funding which we can then use to partially compensate you. We require the app to be created in a 6 week period; the deadline would be 13th May 2016. Our IT lecturer has suggested that it will take approximately 600 hours to build. We have estimated that our market size will be around 2 million active monthly users by February 2017, so we need a system to support this level of data.
