Hello, I am very interested in your project as I have done similar work data centers. We had to track issues and service tickets for the center. User could submit their information to a central DB where is was reviewed and assigned to a team member by the system admin. Each ticket (complaint) was assigned we would send an email to the originator to keep them informed that we were working on the issue. It helped to keep down phone call to find status. As you are requesting each ticket also had a status as it moved through the workflow. The system admin could always see any ticket entered. And those people that entered there own ticket could view a list of them at anytime. Are you on a network now that is using Active Directory? If you are we can tie in the user information for this application in to AD so you do not have to maintain another list of users. But maybe you want to maintain a list and that would be just fine too. I have been an ASP.Net developer for years and work fulltime writing apps for a call center management company. This will be my first job on GetAFreelancer. I work with another web site for freelance work. I thought I'd try out this site. Please let me know if you have any questions about my work or experience or if you have any more ideas about the application and wonder if we can put them in.
