To existing VB application, require the following changes:- There is a need for a quality check approximately every 15 minutes when the production line is running. · Blank the screen every 15min and request a quality check (Display the message "QUALITY CHECK REQUIRED") · The operator should scan a barcode with the following format to remove the message *99999999QQQ9999999* · Then the previous screen would appear. In short it would be like the error message that appears if you scan the wrong piece of laminate the message is 'mismatch lamainate' The only difference this time is the warning wouldn't disappear until the operator acknowledges they have done the check.
