Hi, I have a requirement for an ASP.Net / VB.Net developer to complete a website project.
The requirement i have is for the following.
1) Write a proper Data Access Layer to handle all connectivity between the ASP.Net forms and the MySQL database (I already have connectivity working for user authentication).
2) Integrate Google Checkout - needs the API integration method as payment must trigger some actions on the site without any admin/user intervention.
A project spec is attached (By downloading the attachment you are implicitly agreeing to Non-Disclosure of the contents. All intellectual property rights remain with the document author)

NOTE: I'd just like to clarify. I have attached a full website spec, but a lot of the website is already done.
This project/quotation is solely for the Data Access Layer and Google Checkout integration.
