ASP.NET Webpage data display delay

ASP.NET 3.0 website saves data to SQL Server 2005 database but this data does not show up in admin webpage (same application) for hours. We have verified on the production database that the data is saved, but the webpage that attempts to access it will not display it.
This began happening around December 2008 and we suspect it has to do with a windows update.
First one to give me the solution that works will get the project.

The problem will most certainly be located in the configuration of the web site, or in the iis. If given access to the server by ftp or remote will solve it in minutes. Otherwise no charge will be made
