Deals mobile application

We need to develop a new mobile application which is similar to: [login to view URL] With below properties: 1- The application should work on ios, android, BB, Nokia and windows 2- Implement the control panel site for data entry [adding ads, and deals]. 3- Implement the web site for the same content, something like [login to view URL] 4- Push notification should be activated 5- All options of the Yabila application should be implemented. 6- We prefer Sencha Touch 2 / phonegap / ASP.NET/ SQL Server database 7- Data will be pulled from the web site through web services. 8- The web site and mobile application should support multiple languages (based on database lexicon) 9- All source code should be delivered with documentation. 10- We need extra options to be added like: a. 3 supported language: (English, Arabic and Kurdish) b. Location service should be enabled, so that application update the user location on the server DB , and be able to show ads related to his location. c. Each user should have an initial optional profile that contains [name, email, sex, age, city, interest]. This profile is requested on the first start of the application (and can be modified later), so that we can customize the ads according to users data. If user skip the profile entry, the application will show all ads to him. Although, from location service, we should be able to target him with specific ads and deals. We will need to see examples of other web apps you've built to get an idea of quality, usability and your design style. So a completed profile/portfolio will be a must-have for anyone we consider.
