Create a desktop music database application in VB.NET (Not C#)

Please only bid if you are a VB.NET database expert, there is no time to learn on this project. This will be a desktop database driven application, a MS sql 'compact' database file will be used. The app will allow the user to scan for all types of music, video & karaoke files either in a folder that the user Specifies or an even an entire drive, or maybe just to add a single track. The information from the found tracks 'tags' will be imported into the database; there will also be a Boolean option in the app's menu to store tagged images in database, yes or no. The database will consist of multiple tables for track,artist,album etc (full table list provided at project start (Aprox 16 tables). It is very important that you have a good understanding and experience in setting table relationships as the table Structure & relationships will be complex... The tables will need to be organised and optimized for fast searching of the music tracks, for example we may need to search by year or album & artist, we may need to order the results by genre, sub genre etc etc etc...(in fact any search combination you can think of for music) The GUI will be simple, with buttons to present the music tracks in various easy to read ways, by album, by artist, by A-Z, by year etc etc, you can use a datagrid or details view or maybe both ?. There will be a search box so the user can search for music by track, artist, album, year etc etc. The purpose of this application is simply to be a music database manager so that the user can add, edit, delete tracks & albums etc. The database relationships MUST be set in the database (NOT just in the app dataset) because the database MUST be open for connection & searching by standard sql statements from other applications, for example our VB.NET music player will connect to the database to retrieve a dataset . There will be menu options or dialogs for managing the database, eg:- creating the database again (in case it gets corrupted) choosing the database file location, setting the database password, showing the connection string, clearing the database, etc. Deliverable source MUST BE IN VB.NET, either 2008 or 2010 and be able to be opened with VB.NET express editions. All coding must be well & fully commented in good English. The application must be compatible with Windows Xp, Win 7, Win 8 - 32 & 64 bit editions I can provide open source classes for reading the track tags if required. I will work with you to help in setting database options such as which tables or records should allow NULL's, (you will be responsible for assigning and setting primary/foreign keys & relatonships) Please bid if you are competent to complete this project to a professional standard, good communication is & regular status updates essential.
