Always available Virtual Assistant for a full time web designer

I am a very busy web designer who is working with clients all over the world. I work in collaboration with other people all over the internet and now I am looking for a dependable person to work with who can assist me on my projects. I am not looking for a secretary or for someone to clean my back. I am looking for someone who can handle some of my time-consuming tasks so I can focus on clients and designs. I am looking for someone who has extensive knowledge on how to build websites. Ideally, this person should be able handle these. 1-Can help with preparing site maps. 2-Can do web research for certain topics. 3-Good photoshop knowledge. 4-Can convert PSD files in to perfect HTML & CSS (basic js knowledge is a must) 5-Always reachable: always available online (for example: over skype) & available on mobile phone. 6-Basic asp.net knowledge is a huge benefit. 7-Making basic settings, tasks on the webs servers (like, setting a web site on IIS, setting up ftp users, etc...) 8-very well organised & detail oriented. 9-proper care for deadlinaes 10-good written and spoken english. 11-Willing to learn and explore the web technologies that you don't know. This is not a full-time job at the moment but if we get along well, there is a strong chance that it becomes a full time job. If I see that you are able to handle the tasks properly I can include you more in my workflow and you might become a full time employee with a salary. Currently this is an hour based offer.
