Convert a URL video .WMV to MP4 and save to folder programatically

Hi there, I need a sample code for a Windows Media Player wmv files (stored on a remote server (Azure CLoud Blob)) to be converted to .mp4 files and re-saved. Any encoder used needs to be free and current! I have a lot of videos so this process needs to be done in batch, (so it has to be done in vb.net so that I can manage the files that are processed and control them... All i need from you is some sample code that will encode an wmv to an mp4 from vb.net. Payment will be made once an example is working on my machine :-) (Makes it easier and all) Thanks! Andrew
