You need to be able to learn fast and the job and be able to start immediately.
You job will require you to:
- reply to technical customer support emails for our softwares
- reply to pre-sales tickets.
- Be familiar with freshdesk,com
- technical minded ( be able to configure windows firewalls, understand installation issues and copy & learn from past tickets)
