Hi,

We need a dedicated and hardworking... independent minded person to handle our support tickets.

You need to be able to learn fast and the job and be able to start immediately.

You job will require you to:

- reply to technical customer support emails for our softwares

- reply to pre-sales tickets.

- Be familiar with freshdesk,com

- technical minded ( be able to configure windows firewalls, understand installation issues and copy & learn from past tickets)

We need you to start IMMEDIATELY....

Once you're approved I'll contact you to teach you the commons problems and fixes and you should be able to take it from there.

Job Scope: Minimum 3 hours / Day
