Agent for Exchange 2010

We need an agent that mails an info to a receipent list if a new/modified/delete item is made in a public calender. - user Doe, John make a new/modify/delete item in a public calender - the agent takes the item and sends it to a list of contact "vt_DoeJohn" (we have already set up the contacts with the same format, for example "Doe, John" -> "vt_DoeJohn" or "Sheep, Mary-Ann" -> "vt_SheepMary-Ann") If you have another easy solution to handle the receipents let us know. - subject of the mail is the subject of the created item in the calender + "new/modified/deleted"
