A project which is about an application of a cafe system which is to be done in .net

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are .NET, App Designer, App Developer and Mobile Phone. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is $200 - $400 USD. The project is about a cafe application, where customer make an order on that [login to view URL] roles in the project are customer,cashier,manager and cook. In the project they will be like 4 screens or devices. [login to view URL] screen or device is for the customer to make an order, for that he need to scan his Student Id then he will get his information on the screen. Then he could see some set of categories or menu on the screen and he can make the order by selecting the items in those categories. After selecting the items on the screen, he can see the total amount to pay and if he wants to pay by card, then he can pay the amount at that device itself. or if he wants to pay by cash he can pay at cashier. 2. Second screen for cashier, he can see the list of orders what customers make and he can also handle customers order like modify and cancel the order even he can accessible to take the order from the customer. 3. Third screen is for the cook, which will be in cooking section. The cook can view the order of customer and tags himself to do that particular [login to view URL] preparing the order he makes the order as Done. 4. Fourth screen is again for customers, he can view his order number when the order was done. And simultaneously he will receive a text message to his phone that his order was ready. And for the manager role he handles the things like manage inventory, employee profiles, manage menu, sales reports etc.
