fix an objectiveC ibeacon plugin (iOS)

This sounds interesting. I built one big project that uses iBeacon feature so I know something about that. I could accept this project only if I know that I am capable of doing it so I would need some more details of what did work on iOS 7&8 that does not work on iOS 9&10. I am a professional software developer for more than twenty years, focused only on iOS app development for more than a last five.
