Write an Android & iOS application -- 2

Need to get an app developed for Android and iOS where users login and have the ability to enter a code to pull information for an event/trip to their phone including an itinerary/schedule w/ push notifications and location, session attendance tracking, live polls, hotel lists, contact info, flight info, surveys/evaluations, google maps integration using geolocation to notify and locate close by attractions/restaurants populated with online ratings pulled from things like Google Maps or Yelp, download pdfs, display in-house banner advertising, in-app messaging for user-user and admin-users (all within event/trip) communication, photo album everyone can upload pictures/videos to, post to social media (Instagram, Facebook) with specific hash tags or profiles tagged automatically included, application form, FAQ, weather and share with contacts/refer friends. It will also need mobile administrative feature that allows event admins send announcements and made edits to event in real-time. (Features may be added or dropped/simplified). These event packets will need to be created offline and downloaded at once so the user can use app and its features offline if connection not available. User will need to input code or scannable QR code to download the event packet. We need the ability to easily update and add more than one event as well as save all data generated by each event. Also needs to be setup on hosting plan (through AWS maybe?) and looking to track users and behavior w/ Google Analytics & Tag Manager.
