A.E.V.P.S.-Need simultaneous playback and recording capability -- 3

Hello, I have many previous jobs that I have done with Odesk that have been very successful and I am looking to start another long term business relationship with the right candidate. I have an cross platform (ios and apk) application I am looking to have built that will require the application to be able to play and record custom files at the same time. It also must be able to save files, record custom questions, review and mark audio clips, and create a log of the session in the folder area. I have a non function-able prototype available at this link [login to view URL] In your response back after reviewing the prototype I will need you to answer the following questions in your response back. how long do you think it would take? What is an estimated cost? what will you use? what do you think maybe a challenge in the application? and I will need an example of your code. I have the graphics ready as well. You must be able to keep in communication throughout the build. You must also support bug fixes for 12 months after the application goes "live" under the agreed upon amount for the job. I need someone who stands by their work. If I think you are a fit for my organization, I will setup a time to do a Skype interview with you and you will also be interviewing with another developer who I have worked with for years (unfortunately due to time restrictions he will not be able to do this build). He will also be assisting with this by reviewing code for accuracy and dependability. I have unfortunately also had developers that were not honest or trust worthy previously so please don't waste my time or yours if you are not professional and trustworthy.
