Create a Clash Of Clans T ypeGame!

I would like to have a Clash Of Clans style Mobile Game made! - Asia/Ninja themed! Your imagination and your ideas! just stick to the Japanese Chinese type of theme please. - Something Important is I would like the graphics somewhat similar to Clash of Clans or something! I am not looking for perfection when it comes to graphics. - I would like the Game made in Unity because I am very familiar with it but if you would like to use another Free program that is fine with me. - Also I would like the money to be Zen (instead of Gold), something cool similar to Elixir, and another cool resource like Crystals or something. And then green gems or something that people can buy with real money just like in Clash of Clans. - I would like a FREE ZEN button in the Shop which will be set up so people can download other games or complete offers and get rewards like Gems or Zen and I can generate revenue. - Another important thing to me is that the SHOP has many things in it so I can generate revenue. I would like it to work on the App store and Google Play. I am very flexible when it comes to the overall game creation, I do not have much in mind, just whatever you think is cool! Please give me a price and a time frame you are thinking to complete this Project. If it ends up taking a little longer than expected that will be no problem at all. I am VERY easy to work for and I would not be a problem if it took longer than the initial time frame. The Designs and ideas are all up to you! Also - When it comes to PVP (like Clash of Clans) will I need a Server? if so please include the set up of the server and all that in your initial quote. ( I will Purchase any Hardware needed, you don't have to include that in your price). Don't know much about the server thing to be honest ( but am a quick learner and can learn all that while you develop the Game or whatever). THANK YOU!!!
