Cordova Ionic HybridMobile app

We need a mobile hybrid app that will enable the users (truck drivers) to see a list of transport jobs currently allocated to them from multiple sources (servers). Basically the app will show in a tab a remote web page (web-view). The app will have at least theese tabs/features: - a dashboard tab (display number of server accounts, maybe get the list of new jobs on every server account). - a config tab for the server accounts and other local settings. The user can add multiple server accounts to the device that will be stored locally with WebSQL. An account has a name (alias), url, user and pass associated. - a tab with the webview itself. The tab has a dropdown with the list of accounts configured and can see in the webview the list of transport jobs for that account. the web content of the webview will be developed by us (is already developed). The webview will authorise itself with the account data for that account. when pressing details on a transport job the driver will see the details for the transport job and will have the posibility to edit some details (like status for instance). The webview content page is developed already. - a tab with some static info (build version etc) - notify the user(driver) when the network is down - keep in a webSQL table the list of Geo Info of the device. The app should get and keep the location coordinates (and speed and heading) of the driver at every 15-30 mins. A background task should send the latest info via a webservice to all the server accounts. - spash screen (a picture will be provided) . - show in status bar some info (like app is running for instance) The app will be a Hybrid app and will be used on Android and iOS. The app should be developed in Visual Studio 2015 and will use Ionic + Cordova . Communication with us needs to be in English or Romanian.
