Contact Management App

I need to develop an android-based mobile application to manage contacts for a sales person [Mr. A]. The mobile app will manage 1. Leads: contacts that have not even been met [Mr. A] but to whom Mr. A intends to sell a product 2. Prospects: Leads that are not yet customers but are in the process of being converted into customers by [Mr. A] 3. Customers: Prospects that have already bought a product from [Mr. A] The app will allow to [Mr. A] to search for contacts by city, state, name, product type, email etc in a smart way [Mr. A] can also search for customers by location from the GPS sensor. (e.g. Show [Mr. A] a list of contacts near his current location) The app will also integrate with the calendar in many ways (e.g. allow [Mr. A] to plan appointments with Leads, Prospects and Customers and also get reminders when dates are approaching) Depending on permissions, [Mr. A] will also be able to view contacts of other sales people and if he has permission, he can progress with the sales process. In order to get permission to access a sales user's Leads or Prospects, 1. the sales user has to define the relationship type with his Lead or Prospect as an open relationship or 2. the sales person has to refer his Lead or Prospect to [Mr. A] for further follow Up The android app will use JSON and RESTful web services to communicate with a Microsoft SQL Server remote database over the internet. However, in the absence of internet connection, the activities on the app will be stored locally on an SQLite database on the mobile device and synchronized later to the remote database when a connection is available. I will require and initial design proposal before commencement of the development process.
