Completing an Android and iPhone app already in progress

We need to finish the programming for our iPhone and Android apps. This project has been already started by another programmer who was unable to finish. We are about 90% completed and need assistance with the final phase.
We will deliver the packaged apk and ipa files to you. As well as the original PSD files for the design as a link in a private message.
The app is being created based on a database and custom rss feed. The app is to pull in the data from our custom rss feed and be displayed based on our PSD design provided in a private message.
The RSS feed is located at [login to view URL] you will see it has custom tags that need to be pulled in. That is the part our last programmer was unable to finish.
Finalizing design with the rss feed and only 5 or less simple design changes are all that is left. If we work well together on this project we will have several other apps similar to this that we would like to create.
