Compile and install Driver to a rooted android device

We have a rooted android box amlogic 905 v 5.1 LMY47V rooted running We have a touch screen with the drivers for android 5.1. They require someone experienced to compile and install them. We've been advised that an experienced developer should be able to easily compile it quickly without having to have access to the source code of teh OS as it isn't available in hand.
