Business Groups Interaction APP

Group Interaction Chat App for iOS and Android IMPORTANT: I will set up ONLY ONE MILESTONE to be released when the project is finished and correctly published for Android and iOS users to download. No upfront payments. The APP will use an online MySQL database from a site with a Control Panel where only the App super-administrator (me) can enter with an User/Pass combination. All the text/messages of the APP must be multilingual and the user can select the language he/she prefers. The APP will be used to interact between users for business references. The APP can manage many GROUPS and each USER only can be part of one group. The App can be downloaded by anyone for free. The user must register and choose a Group to belong by accepting the “Group Rules” and requesting access. The user can create a Group becoming the Administrator but requires the super-administrator activation. The request will be received by the Neighborhood Administrator inbox (The group creator will have access to an administrative page) and the Administrator will accept or reject the access of the user to the Group. The Administrator can delegate or share the administration of the Group. The Administrator can create/edit the Rules of the Group to be accepted by users before requesting access. The APP will have free and paid functions. 1. Chat (WhatsApp style) Will let the users to write, send images (photo or from the roll) and videos from the roll. The Group Administrator can block any user preventing him to post in the chat The chat window for paid users will have a voting buttons (Yes/No) and Spam button. If the Group Administrator or 3 or more users mark a message as Spam, it will be erased from all the chat windows. The free users will see the buttons but, when pressed, they will see a message explaining the function and then a legend like “Pay your Membership of ONLY US$ 1 a month to use this function” 2. HTML5 window Will let the super-administrator to link to any HTML responsive page. 3. Push Notifications A MySQL table will contain the Users ID’s and Messages to send via Push Notifications. The APP will query the table every 5 minutes to send the pending push notifications. 4. Membership Payment function This module will let the users and the Providers to pay their Membership using Paypal 5. Position recording This module will record the geolocation every 30 seconds in a table indicating the User ID and his/her coordinates. 6. Control Panel This module is for exclusive use of the super-administrator and will be used from a PC (Not included in the APP) It will let the super-administrator to… a) Create/Edit the messages of the site b) Define the amount to be paid monthly (US$ 1 by default) c) Activate the profiles of Users after verification by phone (the rest of the profiles will remain inactive until the Group administrator or super-administrator activates it) d) See/export the list of current users filtering by country/state/city/group and paid/free accounts e) Send newsletters(HTML)/push notifications to current users filtering by country/state/city/group and paid/free accounts
