Bus and routes tracking

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. Android Application to install on a bus device. After installation, the app register itself to a database and get a unique identification number of the bus. User and password login screen and send user logged in info (user name and login time) to an online database. ( 2 users can be loged in the same app at the same time because there are 2 kind of users) According with its identification number, download from a database a set of points that the bus must visit this day (route) Every point has a category, name, coordinates and the scheduled arrival time. Every x seconds verify if there is any change in the route. If it is a change, display a message and a sound. The bus app send position and speed to the online sql database every x seconds (we will provide the database access, the structure and even help you with the querys) Check when the bus is near to a point of the route (geofence) and store in the database the arrival time to the point. Check if the bus is late or ontime in the route (compare arrival time with scheduled time) and display in the screen a color and a sound accodingly. Show in the screen the information about the next point of the route.
