I am trying to get an idea of necessary budget for the development of an iPhone App.
The basic concept is that an App is installed on a child's iPad that controls the childs ability to access the ipad.
The parents meanwhile have an app that controls the ipad - time is awarded to the child which then registers on the childs ipad and allows the child access for the period allocated.
