Hi I am looking for freelancer to make following application on Android platform: The application will use GPS in the mobile and it has to communicate with server in order to send and download data. The main idea is to see a map of the world with ‘interesting’ areas/places which have been tagged by the other users. So when a user see ‘interesting’ place then he can tap the button in the app and tag the place (coordinates are taken from GPS sensor). The app will ask two questions to the user and the user has to answer using provided answers by the app (e.g. three answers available). Based on the answers this place goes on the server and it will be on the server for certain time (it depends on the answers). Then the app, using the data provided by the users, calculates/updates continuously for example probability of occurring certain situation in each place in the world. This probability is shown e.g. in three colours on the map like: red are in New york will mean high probability of occurring ‘something’. The meaning of ‘interesting’ and ‘something’ will be explained to the right person after accepting proposal. Regards,
