Android and IOS App build and design

Hi, I would like to develop a mobile app in IOS and android. I also need screen design and logo etc. Can you tell me the cost and time frame to develop? Here’s an idea of the App features below… I have used generic terms to describe my app as I would like to keep my idea safe until I chose a developer. It’s a two sided market place App for a specific service. The service is provided by one provider and there are multiple consumers in each service. Both Consumers and Providers have basic profiles On the consumers and providers home page they would have a news feed similar to a Facebook News feed, showing upcoming purchases they might be interested in (linked to their preferences), opportunities to review providers etc. Consumers would have the ability to review providers and give them a star rating. Consumers and providers have the ability to add each other as friends similar to a Facebook add friend. The service offering can be created by a provider or requested by a consumer. Once the offer is made, one provider and up to 18 consumers/members can join the group for the service. Consumers would add and store a payment method similar to Uber, allowing them to make purchases of services. Would have Maps integration. Facebook integration Push notifications alerting consumers and providers of invites etc. Regards, Adam
