Android App that will Auto Respond to a text

I need an app that will have to recognize a text message from a phone number 40404, it must read the message. Then it will "remember" the message which as an @ tag and # tag (Twitter message). Something like this: "Tweet from @ATT reply with #deal for win." The must then "reply" with a message with the same @ and # in a template I will create, and then it will send out to 40404. Something like "Thanks @ATT #deal" Let me know if you guys have any questions.
