Android App (for Skype Enhancement)

Android App Build Needed Budget: This will be given away for free so I'm looking for the best bid possible to have an app basically do 4 simple things I won't be making any money on however may be a great way for you to get your foot in the door of our company. Job Synopsis: I'm looking for a good Android app designer that can build a Android App plugin to enhance the Android Skype App (all version compatible). The enhancement will allow anyone using Skype on their Android Phone to have the following adjustment abilities (all options to turn on or off in the enhancement control panel). 1. Open Skype when incoming message is received. 2. Strobe LED Light on phone when incoming message is received. 3. Ability to Choose any ring tone from the phones ring tone list. 4. Vibrate when incoming message is received. THAT'S IT! SIMPLE. In my opinion Skype is missing a very small feature and ability to notify people better when an incoming message is received especially with the latest version of Skype and when I find small help features like these, I often have them built and give them away free of charge to both help the community of users so being that I don't charge for these small features, my budget is very small however if you are a quality programmer, I'll definitely keep you in mind for more work with our company at [login to view URL] as we post frequently here on Freelancer and if the program turns out to be popular, you will be hired again for the followup future revisions as we will continue to improve upon anything that is popular with new versions.
