I need an app that will allow a group from a company to see there files. The app will allow admin user to upload pdf files to a server organized in folders. The user can create new folders, and put files with descriptions under these folders. The users versions will check if new files exists and will show the folder structure and the files with the descriptions, the user will be able to click on file and launch on there tablet to use the file. new versions of file once clicked will be updated on tablet for later use.
