All Events App + with weblog WordPress

Interdiction Due to high lecture on my country, it becomes very difficult to track it and advertising for it. So we need android and IPhone APP that communicate with weblog (WordPress )where we but the lecture advertising and it will show on the android and IPhone APP Website required functionality 1. Ability for Member sing in and register from the web and from the app 2. Control panel to control all advertise as per the APP functionality Member can make their advertise on the web and on the APP 3. Member can delete edit there advertise 4. ability for user to view the advertise on the web and add their comments 5. ability to have multiple admin user with different response ( but the mean admin user is me how can make delete edit all other admin user) this function is for the member to help me to control the app using this plugin( 6. ability for paying the member as per his advertising like to PayPal and manual payment 7. ability for user to share the advertise 8. Monthly archive for all advertise is expire (advertise older than 1 month from expire date archived ) 11. Subscribed to Categories / user ( so any ads is added on this Categories or Sub- Categories or from this user will send Email on the tool per 12.
