Add functionality to iOS / Android applications

Mobile app developer needed to do improvements on our existing applications. Mobile applications are written in device native language, i.e. iOS Xcode and Android SDK / Java.
Initial phase of improvements to involve creating a messaging UI that will interact with other users of our system. The messaging functionality will be based off of the PubNub messaging API and platform to be on Android SDK. Followup phases to included doing the project for iOS and then doing a Worklog enhancement to the application on both platforms. Ultimately, we’d like to find someone that will can have an ongoing relationship with to do other enhancements, bug fixes and applications tweaks.
Must be available to interact with various project stakeholders located in Las Vegas NV, New York, NY and hopefully Brisbane Australia.
Please include an estimate on the effort and cost involved to perform the functionality. Would also like to review any past work you’ve performed on each platform.
