App to develop booklet

Hi We are a book publisher and produce small pocket size books each book contains anything from 5-150 pages we do hardcopy and also PDF copies so we require an app which will allow users facility to purchase and download these books to read on their mobile device This is how it will work a) User will launch app and they will be presented with all the books that are available which will show in a table view each book will be under a different category. Once user chooses what book he / she wants then it will load up the book (we will provide this as pdf format) and they can then download and read it online. when the book is loaded there will be some buttons or functions where they can jump to certain page, swipe left / right/ go back to home page and save to favourites We want to create one app version which will be free but include inapp purchases the free version will have: - Adverts - this will be ads served by us (see description below) - Download only one book at a time In App purchase or Premium - Ability to download the books and view offline and save - no ads displayed We need it for iPhone, iPad (Portrait / landscape) - Android and Tablets - We also require you to develop the ads system for us so we can upload our own banners and it will be displayed on the app where we can add/edit/upload/delete banners - We also development of Webservices, We will give you - Graphics and screen concepts - pdf books If anyone wishes to skype we can arrange to have a detailed conversation feel free to bid a rough cost for this (of course once finalised prices can be +/- and you can adjust it later) but please do bid based on what i have specified then we can talk more about final cost later I am going to be inviting people for Skype Interview based on following criteria - Realistic bids (Making bids under $300 or in really high figures) wont be considered so please bid accordinly) - Profile There is also website to be developed from this aswell Thanks
