Project Details: We have a website that has been developed that uses bootstrap css. The site is responsive and scales to Mobile phones such as Android and iOS. It is my understanding that an application can be developed that is considered a "WebApp" that is simply a wrapper for a mobile website. We are looking for someone to develop a native app that simply wraps up a webpage such as [login to view URL] It is also my understanding that when I then upgrade the website it will effectively upgrade inside the application on users mobile devices. Notes: 1: This application must be available for download through iTunes and Google Play. We have our own Developer accounts. 2: This application requires no interfacing with any of the hardware on the phone it is simple used to render a Bootstrap / PHP webpage that is resonsive. 3: When links are clicked within the app the Web view must stay in control of that navigation. It is imperative that once the application is installed on somebody's phone, any changes we make will be represented onto the apps.
