Hey, Hope you're well. I'm based in the UK and have over three years of iOS development experience. I thought I'd share my thoughts in the public message area of the project as to express my concerns about what you're trying to achieve. I often see projects listed on Freelancer were the client is trying to accomplish something that is not possible on a platform; it often frustrates me that other freelancers simply bid claiming they can deliver the goods! Your particular case request of increasing the rate of the music is certainly an interesting one. In a nutshell it'll all boil down to how the original app has been written, and what classes of code it uses. I am assuming (based on my past experience) that if you're creating an music player it'll harness particular class, which Apple does provide any functionality to change the rate on. Therefore any speed increase / decrease tends to be a bit of an after thought, leading to alteration of the actual pitch of the music. There is one particular method that Apple supports rate changing with, however this isn't typically used when playing music accessed directly from the iPod media stored on the device. I have bid 1 hours worth of work, 35 GBP, and I'll happily review your code and make some recommendations based on how it currently works. If it does use the first class, to access the music, then potentially I would be able to link it with the second. However I cannot guarantee this and as such offer the review first. Ben
