create simple ipad application.

create a native ipad app that displays html pages. estimated about 300pages. the html pages will be given but needs to be converted to html5 create a cron job to run on the server to check for any html updates on the server. from time to time they will add/remove/update the html page. the cron job must be smart enough to detect those changes and store the changes onto the database. the app will then check the database and download the changes create a html page so that ipad can download the native app. there must be NO integration to itunes store. the native app must download directly to the IPAD. customer has enterprise license. there will be 2 phases first phase will be the test phase. about 30% of the pages will be given. a test server to test your cron job will also be given. this must be completed in 5days or lesser 2nd phase will be the actual html pages. the cron job will be installed on the actual server. this phase must be completed in 3days. the idea is to test everything out on a test server and then once the customer gives all the html pages it must quickly be updated with those and also configure the cron job on the actual server i have another 5more app thats needs to be done. the winner will get to work on those apps as well. i need someone that works fast , reliable and must be in the ASIA timezone. i only wish to work through GAF. all bidders must explain to me clearly on how you are going to solve my issue. updating to latest html pages, etc i will not choose any bidder who bid and talk about their company.
