Check how does the phone responds -- 2

Hello all. I want somebody based in china who can provide us mobile handsets for 1 day. Our officers will only check the handsets and return within 24 hours. As it is a long term project please only those people bid who are seriously interested in long term business. Initially i would like to know the Mobile handsets' mobile model numbers with theire IMEI numbers of few companies for verification process that you can work with us for future handsets suppling. And that project will paid later. This project is URGENT so reply within 24 hours. Please once again note that the project is long term and we are looking for around more than 400 handsets per month. i can provide about 1$ to 3$ per handset per 24 hours (for testing the model) (it is not necessary that the handset should be new.). i am writing the budget just for the sake of filling the form.
