Basic Android App with 2 products

I need a basic android app that consists of the following: - Dashboard (tiled) layout - 2 icons on the dashboard (home screen) as follows: - Each icon represents an item which the user must purchase. When the user makes the purchase, the activity becomes available - Icon will depend on whether or not the item has been purchased Important Notes: - Do not bid above the budget - I need this today - You must use API level 19 and In App Billing v3 - Don't ask me for my account details. Everything is ready on the Developer Console
