Android app that plays video.(see below)

Need an android app that will play a video (mp4, avi, mpg) in a loop that the user sets up. Then allows the user to create an icon on the android desktop for that specific video. Once the icon is pressed from the desktop the video will play in the continous loop that the user setup. If anyone tries to disrupt the video, the program will then ask for a passcode to exit the video. After three tries the video will go back to playing and the user would need to wait a certain amount of time before the can enter the passcode again. The user who setup the loop will get an option on how long before the passcode can be attempted again. 5,10, 15 minutes, etc...
