Android Music App Modifications - 4 simple modifications to existing app

Greetings!, I need a few simple modifications to an android music app. #1) A volume control issue. I want the volume to be almost muted (more muted than it is now) when the music plays and someone calls the phone. #2) I would like to change from a movable listview to a simple listview in the presentation view. (This will have the effect so that it is not possible to rearrange the songs when it plays) #3) I would like that the splash screen shows when someone presses the menu button. (Right now there is no menu actions) #4) I would like to have the "search" magnifying symbol removed from the app player window.
