Android Live Face Swapping App - repost

Hi, I'm looking for a talented developer that can create an app that captures the face from the camera and adds another face from a predefined mask over it, showing the face in realtime. Video recording and saving should also be included (no more than 30 second videos though).

The app should be able to run on devices with front cameras (for the live tracking), both phones and tablets.
I will provide the graphics (icon, UI) in PNG/PSD format.
Please bid only if you are experienced in working with face tracking, openCV, GLES 2.0 and video processing on Android, include the word "FACE" in your bid message. I will ignore messages with a long list of apps that have nothing to do with what I need.
